Welcome to 28 North Suites, your home away from home in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. Nestled in a peaceful setting just minutes from downtown and a short walk to scenic Twin Lakes Park, our property features 16 fully furnished, extended-stay one- and two-bedroom condo units designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or an extended stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.
I’m your host, Doug, a husband and father of three who loves playing golf and spending time on the pristine blue waters of Traverse City’s two bays with my family. With over seven years of hosting experience and more than a thousand 5-star guest reviews, I’m committed to providing you with an exceptional stay and insider knowledge to help you explore all that Traverse City has to offer.

🚪 Easy Check-In + Security
- Self check-in with keypad
- Exterior security cameras on each building (covering entry and parking lot)
- Smoke alarms in all units
- Free on-site parking for two vehicles per unit (overflow available upon request)
🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
Pets are allowed in ground-floor units only. All dogs must be pre-approved.
Please send a photo of your dog before booking.
Pet Guidelines:
- One dog per ground-floor unit
- Pets must be leashed and under control at all times
- No leashed pets left unattended
- Guests must carry waste bags and clean up after pets
- Pets are not allowed on furniture
🧼 Cleaning + Fees
- $125 cleaning fee per stay
- No daily housekeeping
- We kindly ask you to start the dishwasher before checkout
- We'll handle the rest!
🕒 Check-in / Check-out + Quiet Hours
- Check-in: After 4 PM
- Check-out: By 10 AM
- Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
- No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or events allowed
- Note: There is potential for noise as each building contains four individual units
📅 Additional Notes
- 4-night minimum stay from June 25 to August 5
- A few stairs are required to enter the building and access your suite
